Northgate Mall's strategic location is perfect for an official "Welcome Center" and rest stop for customers and visitors traveling Interstate 85. Northgate's Welcome Center sells gift cards, offers information on historical sites to visit in Durham, sports activities, places to dine, bus routes, and directions to nearby colleges, universities, and other points of interest. Located in the middle of the Mall just down from the Carousel, Northgate's Welcome Center Representatives are ready to assist you with any question or information that you might need. The Welcome Center is always at your service during mall hours.
