Northgate welcomes Duke Health!
The two-story, 183,840 square-foot building (West Club Boulevard/Gregson Street) will be completely renovated to house Duke medical clinics and administrative offices providing a more convenient and cost-efficient way to deliver healthcare to Durham and the surrounding community. Over 1,000 Duke staff, doctors and patients are projected to use the facility each day. By offering multiple services under one roof in a patient-centered model, Duke expects care to be more efficient, coordinated and accessible while offering the amenities of a mixed-use center at Northgate.
Duke’s significant investment and plans for extensive architectural and design renovations will accommodate a number of state-of-the art medical clinics. Enhancements include new walkable connections for parking and patient drop-off areas. New landscaping and convenience to Northgate’s retail, food, services and entertainment will provide engaging indoor and outdoor patient/visitor experiences.
