Total Fitness Studio
Total Fitness Studio, owned and operated by certified personal trainer Iris Reese, brings results-driven fitness to the public for a fun, energizing, fitness and nutrition hub for all ages, levels, shapes or sizes.
Fitness classes include 45-minute burn classes, performance classes featuring personal and weight training, and legs and glutes. Other unique classes including Trampoline, Fitball, Gliders, Stix, Resistance Band classes. Total Fitness Studio also offers nutrition and meal plan counseling.
Group and personal fitness classes are available six days a week Monday–Saturday for $5 per class; no membership fees, drop-ins welcome.
