Northgate offers a list of Contractors:Subcontractors for your convenience, please contact our offices for more information. This is not an exhaustive list of companies capable of providing the various services, but does represent local companies with whom we are familiar.

If you choose a company that does not appear on this list, you must be prepared to submit their names for approval by Northgate Associates.  All technical trades are required to be licensed to work in North Carolina.
